Damon Peary – President and CEO

Damon Peary is the founder and CEO of Summit Corporate Services, Inc. He has overseen the operations and management activities of the company since its inception in 2002. Damon also founded Biografts Inc. in 1997 to assist hospitals and physicians with locating and acquiring the highest quality allografts for transplantation.

 

Prior to founding BioGrafts and Summit, Damon gained years of experience serving in the trenches as a sales representative for various medical device firms specializing in spine, biologics, trauma and orthopedics. Over the last 20 years Damon has consulted for and worked with numerous domestic and international medical device start-ups and industry leaders. Damon’s strong leadership, dedication to excellence, sales experience and business acumen, combined with his passion for serving others have helped both Summit and its clients’ businesses to flourish.

 

Damon is an enthusiastic fly fisherman and when time permits, can often be found exploring any one of Montana’s alpine lakes or blue ribbon streams.    Damon serves on the board of Great Oaks Counseling center in Bozeman and as a mentor father with Fathers In The Field.  Damon’s wife Jennifer and their 4 children share his passion for wild places and the natural beauty found in Montana and the West.

 

 

Carrie Chestnut – Director of Operations

Carrie has been the Director of Operations of Summit Corporate Services since 2012. In this role she contributes to every aspect of Summit’s daily operations and key frontline functions at both a strategic and an operational level. Carrie’s dedication and drive for quality and success is contagious, and it translates to the talented team of customer service, distribution, quality systems, and administrative professionals she manages.  Her strong communication and commitment to exceptional service has helped Summit consistently exceed our customers’ expectations.

 

Carrie has an extensive background in project management and financial analysis and uses these core competencies to carry out her professional passion of assisting start-up companies in reaching their full potential.  Through clear communication and the implementation of effective quality and operational systems, Carrie feels Summit offers an environment where companies can achieve success while preserving the integrity of their brands.

 

Carrie believes in giving back and sits on boards for two local charitable organizations in Bozeman, the Uganda Orphans Fund and Gallatin Valley Love INC. In her personal time she enjoys hiking, the serenity of the Montana mountains and spending time with her family.  Carrie holds a CFA® certification (Chartered Financial Analyst), as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing from Montana State University.  She also attended Universite’ d’Avignon in France.
